Great stuff, Chris. I’m particularly partial to the Intertoto Cup seeing as it’s likely to be the last – not the only, I stayed back at a pre-season tournament in Dublin one year too – trophy I see a Newcastle captain hoist above their heads. Still the highlight of Scott Parker’s career, I’m sure.

PS I’ve finally forgiven you for tempting me into clicking on that Phil Collins link in your last post.

Really great post, I remember a particularly bad dance remix of 4 Non Blondes that was doing the rounds in the 1990s. That Aaron Carter cover is indeed woeful.

I remember seeing these as a kid in 94 at reading, played the main stage on the saturday. Laid watching them on a sunny afternoon whilst most people were tucked up in tents sleeping off their hangovers!
